Assist Rural Development Welfare Society (ARDS) is a registered non-governmental organization committed to the empowerment and upliftment of marginalized communities in the prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Our primary focus is on improving the welfare of women and youth in rural areas, addressing critical issues such as poverty, migration, and environmental sustainability.
Founded with the vision of creating an equitable society, ARDS works tirelessly to support the poor and weaker sections of the community. Our approach is holistic, integrating various development programs that aim to enhance livelihoods, promote education, and ensure community health. We believe in organizing and educating local populations to actively participate in their own development.

Our mission is to make sure all young people and children get all the support they need, when they need it, no matter what it is.
Our mission is to implement comprehensive development programs that enhance the quality of life for rural populations. We strive to:
- Promote sustainable agricultural practices.
- Strengthen village institutions and support self-help groups.
- Provide vocational training and skill development programs.
- Implement ecological projects for water management and resource conservation.
Since our inception, we have successfully trained thousands in various vocational skills, including tailoring, computer literacy, and beautician courses. Through partnerships with government agencies and other organizations, we have also facilitated the distribution of essential agricultural resources to farmers.
